About The Position

Toyota of Hollywood is seeking a motivated, persuasive, and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join their Service Center team. This role is the voice and first impression of the Service Department, focusing on driving service business through proactive communication and persuasive follow-up. The representative will proactively reach out to customers to schedule and confirm service appointments, use sales and negotiation techniques to encourage customers to bring their vehicles in for maintenance, recalls, and repairs, and handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with a goal-oriented, customer-first mindset. They will overcome objections, present the value of timely service and genuine Subaru care, follow up with previous customers, missed appointments, and declined services to convert opportunities into booked appointments, and collaborate closely with Service Advisors and management to maximize daily shop capacity. The role also requires maintaining detailed, accurate records and consistently meeting or exceeding service appointment goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a call center, BDC, or high-volume customer contact role required (automotive experience preferred)
  • Proven sales or negotiation ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and persuasion skills
  • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
  • Energetic, upbeat, and professional attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, polished, and driven to succeed
  • 18 years or older
  • Pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
