About The Position

Fresno Hyundai is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Administrator / Call Center Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and providing excellent customer service over the phone and in person.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous call center, receptionist, or dealership experience preferred but not required
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Schedule service appointments using dealership software
  • Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service needs
  • Assist the service department with customer communication and coordination
  • Perform light administrative duties including filing, scanning, and copying documents
  • Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
