About The Position

Bergstrom Lexus of Madison is seeking a Service Assistant to support guests and the service team. The role includes welcoming guests and assisting with service appointment check-in, helping service advisors and technicians with paperwork and record updates, and supporting clear communication between technicians and guests. The Service Assistant also helps meet guest needs by providing transportation, washing guest and loaner cars, answering questions, and helping guests feel informed and valued. The position works with sales and service teams to complete service orders for used cars in line with brand standards. The schedule includes shifts ranging from Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Pay is $17.00 per hour plus a monthly performance bonus; annual income averages $36,000–$37,000. Requirements

Nice To Haves

Prior customer service experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and assist with check-in for service appointments.
Organize paperwork, update records, and support communication between service advisors, technicians, and guests.
Shuttle guests to their homes or workplaces.
Run guest and loaner cars through the car wash.
Answer guest inquiries and help ensure guests feel valued and informed.
Work with the sales and service teams to complete used-car service orders to brand standards.
