About The Position

Service Assistants, also referred to as bussers, help create a memorable dining experience by delivering polished service and supporting the Dining Room team. They clean and reset tables, assist Servers with food delivery, maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware, and follow sanitation and safety policies. The role requires a focus on Guest delight, clear communication with Servers, and effective teamwork.

Requirements

• Ability to deliver exceptional hospitality to Guests.
• Ability to clean and reset tables and assist with food delivery.
• Ability to maintain stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety policies.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate messages to Servers as needed.

Responsibilities
