About The Position

Servco Lexus is seeking a Service Assistant to shuttle vehicles and customers and assist technicians in delivering a luxury customer experience. The role involves driving and parking vehicles at different sites, providing customer shuttle service, maintaining the service area, and ensuring vehicles are clean before delivery. Service Assistants may also assist automotive technicians and perform other assigned duties. Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmissions across a variety of vehicle sizes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented approach and dedication to customer service excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and park vehicles at various sites and locations.
• Interact with customers and build relationships by providing a positive customer service experience.
• Inspect vehicles and ensure they are clean inside and out before delivery to customers, including driving vehicles through an automated car wash when needed.
• Maintain the service area to support safety and cleanliness.
• Dispose of waste oil and parts properly.
• Provide shuttle service to customers.
• Assist automotive technicians and perform other duties as assigned.
