Outten Chevrolet of Hamburg is seeking an experienced Service Appointment Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is crucial for managing the service department's workflow and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The Outten Family of dealerships has been in business since 1979 and has 5 rooftops across Hamburg, Allentown, and Tamaqua. Requirements

Strong understanding of retail automotive sales operations and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Basic understanding of automotive terminology, warranties, and vehicle maintenance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM tools).
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Promptly answer incoming calls and online inquiries to schedule service appointments.
Educate customers on service options, address concerns, and explain wait times or costs prior to their visit.
Liaise between the customer, service advisors, and technicians to ensure an efficient workflow in the service department.
Confirm upcoming appointments and contact clients post-service to ensure complete satisfaction.
Log customer details accurately in the Dealership Management System and maintain an organized schedule.
Assist service customers with obtaining vehicles loaned by the dealership.
