About The Position

Wright Nissan Buick GMC Lotus is looking to fill a full-time Service Appointment Coordinator position! If you have professional phone skills, excel in a fast-paced environment, and want to join a positive, professional team, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Professional phone skills with a passion for customer service
  • Strong computer skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen
  • Reliable, organized, and team-focused

Nice To Haves

  • Prior customer service, call center, or dealership experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients on the phone via inbound and outbound calls in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately based on client requests and shop capacity
  • Manage the service calendar, log client information, and help maintain an accurate customer database
  • Coordinate closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless service experience
  • Support other team members with administrative duties as needed to keep the department running smoothly
