Hines Park Ford has an immediate opening and is looking to add a full time Service Coordinator to our team. The ideal candidate will have BDC/call center experience with a desire to learn more about the service side of an auto dealership. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a BDC or Service Department is preferred but not required
  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and the ability to handle a dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Fielding calls to our service department and answering general service questions
  • Accurately setting and coordinating service appointments for our clients
  • Communicating with service advisors regarding their clients that you speak with
  • Make outgoing calls to clients to actively set appointments regarding maintenance/recall visits and client satisfaction
  • Work cooperatively with the service department and other departments to be a team player
  • Resolve issues and look for opportunities to enhance the Hines Park experience
  • Manage the Service Rental Vehicles
  • Learn Service cashier to be back up
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management
