About The Position

Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a motivated Service Appointment Coordinator to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for many of our service customers, you'll play a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience. You'll answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and help keep our service department running efficiently.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service, call center, hospitality, retail, or automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming service calls professionally and courteously.
  • Schedule service appointments while maximizing shop capacity.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers.
  • Respond promptly to online service requests, text messages, and emails.
  • Coordinate with service advisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Contact customers regarding declined services, maintenance reminders, and overdue maintenance.
  • Assist with manufacturer service campaigns and recall outreach.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM and scheduling software.
  • Help achieve department appointment, show rate, and customer satisfaction goals.
