About The Position

Westminster Toyota is currently seeking a full time Service Appointment Coordinator and Receptionist to join our busy Service Department. This role is responsible for answering customer phone calls and directing those calls to the correct Service team members. This person will also book appointments over the phone for customers and respond and book appointments that come in as an email request. The appointment coordinator is responsible for making outgoing reminder phone calls, running daily reports on the computer and working directly with the public. We are looking for someone who is happy, outgoing and enjoys helping people.
