Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator
About The Position
Haley Toyota of Roanoke is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator. This role requires basic knowledge of company products including labor rates, menu item prices, models, series, options, warranties, vehicle maintenance, standard equipment, and specifications. The coordinator must demonstrate sensitivity toward customers and a strong interest in exceeding their expectations, addressing hesitation and resistance with patience and empathy. They should project a positive image on all telephone calls and work collaboratively with all dealership departments, charting and monitoring daily activities. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, is also required.

- Some post-secondary education or training
- Previous experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.)
