About The Position

AutoFair of Haverhill is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This role involves interacting with customers daily, following up after service appointments, answering questions, scheduling appointments, advising on recommended maintenance, confirming appointments, and responding to customer inquiries via phone and online leads. The ideal candidate is bi-lingual, enjoys phone communication, and possesses strong phone and email skills.

Requirements

  • Must have strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Must have strong customer service background
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test to employment
  • Valid license and clean driving record required

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers everyday by following up over the phone after a Service Appointment
  • Listen to the customer, answer questions, and direct customers appropriately as they request.
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Advise on recommended maintenance
  • Confirm scheduled & missed appointments
  • Respond quickly to customer phone calls and Internet leads through online scheduling.
