About The Position

Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick’s Customer Loyalty Center is looking for enthusiastic, professional, customer-oriented candidates to join the team! This position reflects the image and face of our Service Department to our customers. We are looking for team players and multi-taskers as all our coordinators, receptionist and cashiers work closely together to provide superior customer service experience in a high paced environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service Field or Call Center
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working Reception desk while handling multiple phone lines and computer applications
  • Previous work experience at dealership or automotive service department, preferred but will train.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English – Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handles Inbound calls, answering customer concerns, issues and questions regarding products and services and directs phone calls to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Schedules service reservations by phone, in person, or via email by coordinating with Service, Warranty, Parts and Collision departments.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss current service needs or potential product/service issues.
  • Provides proactive service by constantly communicating with customer on status of vehicle, potential product/service issues.
  • Providing coordination of loaner or shuttle services.
  • Customer follow up after visit asking for feedback.
  • Coverage of Reception and Cashiering desks
  • Other Administrative duties will be assigned
