About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Appointment Coordinator to join our dealership team. This position plays a key role in supporting our Service Department by managing customer communication, scheduling appointments, and helping create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred. Working schedule for the role is Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm and some Saturdays 7 am - 4 pm.

Requirements

Previous customer service, call center, BDC, or dealership experience preferred
Bilingual communication skills preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency and efficient typing skills
Professional phone etiquette and customer-first mindset
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Develop, process, manage, and follow up with service customers to support retention and satisfaction
Gather and maintain accurate customer information for ongoing communication and follow-up
Build and maintain knowledge of dealership service processes, procedures, and scheduling protocols
Utilize phone, computer, and internet tools to increase appointments, repair order value, and customer retention
Schedule and confirm service appointments for incoming customer calls, referrals, and existing dealership customers
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct customers appropriately
Greet customers and assist with service-related inquiries
Coordinate rental vehicles for service customers as needed
Schedule customer pick-up and delivery services for appointments
Contact customers regarding connected vehicle services and maintenance opportunities
Maintain detailed records and notes within dealership systems
