About The Position

As a Call Center Service Appointment Coordinator, your responsibilities include answering & making phone calls, texts, online chats, and emails from customers interested in servicing a vehicle at your car dealership. Topics to discuss with customers include open safety recalls, vehicle concerns to repair, and informing customers of necessary maintenance to be performed. In many instances, you are the first point of contact with potential customers and answer questions, and provide assistance as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers in a professional manner on the phone
  • Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
