About The Position

AutoFair Toyota is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This role involves scheduling service appointments, interacting with customers daily through phone follow-ups after service appointments, listening to customer needs, answering questions, directing customers appropriately, advising on recommended maintenance, confirming scheduled and missed appointments, and responding quickly to customer phone calls and internet leads through online scheduling. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers and possesses strong phone and email skills.

Requirements

  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Must have strong customer service background
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test to employment
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • Past Outbound sales experiences preferred

Responsibilities

  • Schedule service appointments
  • Interact with customers everyday by following up over the phone after a Service Appointment
  • Listen to the customer, answer questions, and direct customers appropriately as they request.
  • Advise on recommended maintenance
  • Confirm scheduled & missed appointments
  • Respond quickly to customer phone calls and Internet leads through online scheduling.
