About The Position

The Service and Delivery Driver delivers products to customers professionally and safely using company vehicles, while also assisting with general warehouse inventory maintenance and organization. This is a full-time Warehouse Delivery Driver position with potential career growth opportunities. Drivers operate within TBC policies and applicable Department of Transportation regulations, follow assigned delivery routes, handle customer payments when applicable, and maintain clean, safe vehicles and work areas. The role also involves picking, staging, and loading trucks and operating material handling equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Safety-first mentality.
• At least 1 year of experience; box truck and/or delivery experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year without at-fault accidents.
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Maintain a current driver's license relevant to the types and classes of vehicles driven for company business.
• Obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds while bending and twisting, and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.
• Complete all required pre-employment screenings following a conditional offer, as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously in accordance with TBC policies.
• Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested.
• Understand and follow DOT regulations, including hours-of-service requirements.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
• Follow predetermined route sequences when delivering tires and equipment to customers.
• Securely handle cash or check payments when applicable, in accordance with company COD policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area.
• Provide exceptional customer service consistent with the company's People-Focused Values.
• Wear the clean, laundered uniform provided by NTW.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
• Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
• Perform other duties as requested or needed.
• Assist with general maintenance and organization of warehouse inventory.
• Abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
