About The Position

TBC Corporation is hiring newly experienced and seasoned Service and Delivery Drivers for a full-time warehouse delivery position. Drivers deliver products to customers professionally and safely using company vehicles, while also assisting with general warehouse maintenance and inventory organization. The role may lead to career growth opportunities. Compensation starts at $23.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Safety-first mentality.
Maintain a current driver’s license appropriate for the types and classes of vehicles driven for company business.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively while bending and twisting, and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.
Abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
Employment is contingent on a conditional offer and completion of required pre-employment screenings, as permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of experience; box truck and/or delivery experience preferred.
One or more years with no at-fault accidents and a clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously in accordance with TBC policies.
Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested.
Understand and comply with DOT regulations, including hours-of-service requirements.
Maintain knowledge of products and operating procedures.
Follow predetermined route sequencing when delivering tires and equipment to customers.
Securely handle cash or checks for COD transactions in accordance with company policy.
Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area.
Provide exceptional customer service consistent with the company’s People-Focused Values.
Wear a clean, laundered uniform provided by NTW.
Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment as needed.
Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
Perform other duties as requested or needed.
