About The Position

TBC Corporation is hiring newly experienced and seasoned delivery drivers for a full-time Warehouse Delivery Driver position. Drivers deliver products to customers professionally and safely using company vehicles, while also assisting with general warehouse inventory maintenance and organization. The position offers potential career growth opportunities.

Requirements

Safety-first mentality.
At least 1 year of experience; box truck or delivery experience is preferred.
At least 1 year without at-fault accidents and a clean motor vehicle record.
Maintain a current driver’s license applicable to the types or classes of vehicles driven for company business.
Obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
Be at least 21 years old.
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds while bending and twisting, and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.
Employment is contingent on a conditional offer and completion of required pre-employment screenings, as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously in accordance with TBC policies.
Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested.
Understand and follow DOT regulations, including hours-of-service requirements.
Maintain thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
Follow predetermined route sequences when delivering tires and equipment to customers.
Securely handle cash or check payments (COD) when applicable and in accordance with company policy.
Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area.
Provide exceptional customer service in keeping with the company’s People-Focused Values.
Wear the clean, laundered uniform provided by NTW.
Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment as needed.
Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
Perform other duties as requested or needed.
Abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
