Service and Delivery Driver
About The Position
TBC Corporation is hiring newly experienced and seasoned delivery drivers for a full-time Warehouse Delivery Driver position. Drivers deliver products to customers in a professional and safe manner using company vehicles and assist with general warehouse maintenance and inventory organization. The position may lead to career growth opportunities. Drivers are expected to follow TBC policies and applicable DOT requirements, maintain safe and clean vehicles and work areas, handle products and any applicable COD payments securely, and provide excellent customer service in line with the company’s People-Focused Values. Employment is contingent on a conditional offer and completion of required pre-employment screenings, as permitted by law.
Requirements
- Safety-first mentality.
- At least one year of experience; box truck and/or delivery experience is preferred.
- At least one year with no at-fault accidents.
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Maintain a current driver’s license appropriate for the types or classes of vehicles driven for company business.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds while bending and twisting, and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.
- Complete required pre-employment screenings, as permitted by law.

Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously in accordance with TBC policies.
- Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested.
- Understand and follow DOT regulations, including hours-of-service requirements.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
- Follow predetermined route sequencing when delivering tires and equipment to customers.
- Securely handle cash or check COD payments when applicable, according to company policy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area.
- Provide excellent customer service consistent with the company’s People-Focused Values.
- Wear a clean, laundered uniform provided by NTW.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
- Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and inventory organization.
- Perform other duties as requested or needed.
- Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws.
