About The Position

We are a fast-growing powersports dealership specializing in motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and outdoor equipment. We are committed to delivering top-tier customer service and keeping our customers riding. We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of service advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for service customers
  • Greet customers and accurately document service concerns
  • Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders
  • Communicate estimates, recommended repairs, and timelines
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow
  • Provide status updates and ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Review and close repair orders, including processing payments
  • Promote maintenance services and upsell additional repairs when appropriate
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
