We are specifically looking for a person with a “can-do” attitude who is prepared to do “whatever it takes” to make sure our customers have the best service experience of any repair facility in the Poplar Bluff area.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming customers.
• Accurately identify truck problems or complaints.
• Advise customers of needed repairs.
• Keep customers informed of the repair process on an ongoing basis.
• Process repair orders.
