About The Position

Requirements

  • Ability to welcome guests to the dealership warmly.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Service Advisor role.
  • Automotive knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Superior customer service abilities.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven to succeed, self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite.
  • Valid BC Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CDK and X-Time is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Equip guests with information to make informed repair and maintenance decisions for their vehicles.
  • Focus on providing right advice rather than upselling.
  • Prioritize customer loyalty and retention by delivering high-value service while respecting the customer's time.
  • Follow established processes to serve customers efficiently and meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Liaise with technicians to confirm repair status and inquire about vehicle recommendations.
  • Identify additional service work required for vehicles and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Review, explain, and monitor the repair process to keep clients informed from service initiation to completion.
  • Handle client concerns and misunderstandings politely and courteously.
