About The Position

Requirements
- Ability to welcome guests to the dealership warmly.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Service Advisor role.
- Automotive knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
- Superior customer service abilities.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven to succeed, self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite.
- Valid BC Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CDK and X-Time is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Equip guests with information to make informed repair and maintenance decisions for their vehicles.
- Focus on providing right advice rather than upselling.
- Prioritize customer loyalty and retention by delivering high-value service while respecting the customer's time.
- Follow established processes to serve customers efficiently and meet or exceed their expectations.
- Liaise with technicians to confirm repair status and inquire about vehicle recommendations.
- Identify additional service work required for vehicles and communicate effectively with clients.
- Review, explain, and monitor the repair process to keep clients informed from service initiation to completion.
- Handle client concerns and misunderstandings politely and courteously.
