About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Service Advisor to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers, assessing vehicle needs, advising on repairs, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the service process.

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Background checks and drug screens required
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Maintain neat/clean/orderly work station
  • Ability to learn new techniques/procedures
  • Background checks and drug screen required

  • Previous dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly/professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service from intake to release of the vehicle, and perform any additional follow up
  • Listen carefully to customer descriptions and assess the vehicle to determine the best repair plan
  • Advise the customer on recommended auto repairs and offer a pricing quote
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and parts employees
  • Provide updates to customers on the progress
  • Answer detailed questions about services performed and price information
  • Maintain customer records
  • Schedule appointments over the phone
