About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Service Advisor to join our team at Reliable Chevy. The responsibilities include meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service throughout the entire process from vehicle intake to release, and performing any necessary follow-up. You will need to listen carefully to customer descriptions, assess the vehicle to determine the best repair plan, and advise customers on recommended auto repairs with a pricing quote. Effective communication with technicians and parts employees is crucial, as is providing customers with progress updates and answering detailed questions about services performed and pricing. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and scheduling appointments over the phone.
