We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Main Service Lane team.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume appointment schedule
  • Organized, professional, and team-oriented
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional appearance
  • Clean driving record
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in the Main Service Drive Lane while ensuring prompt, professional, and courteous service
  • Manage daily service appointments and maintain an organized service schedule
  • Take ownership of the customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery
  • Provide excellent communication and concierge-level support for customer inquiries in person and over the phone
  • Effectively manage and sell technicians’ time to maximize shop efficiency
  • Maintain accurate repair orders, updates, and communication throughout the service process
  • Work closely with technicians, dispatch, and fellow advisors in a fast-paced environment
  • Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs and manufacturer recommendations
