The ideal candidate will have high-level customer service experience, strong time management, work ethics, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize customer needs effectively. Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance, along with 2 years of service writing experience, is preferred. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required. The role involves interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to sell vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring work is performed correctly, making educated recommendations based on vehicle history, maintaining customer information, and communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat.
