About The Position

Bob Boyte Honda - Brandon is seeking a dedicated, customer-focused Service Advisor in Brandon, Mississippi. The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and helps ensure a positive experience throughout the process. The role involves assessing service needs, coordinating communication between customers and technicians, providing estimates and timelines, managing service orders, and addressing customer concerns. The advisor is also expected to maintain current knowledge of Honda vehicles, service procedures, and warranty policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
