Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy service environment
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems and repair order processes
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

  • BMW or luxury brand experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines
  • Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and updates clearly
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in through vehicle delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes
  • Help drive customer retention and CSI performance
