About The Position
Lithia Nissan of Clovis is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who understands the demands of the job and the importance of consistently delivering amazing customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience within our service department.
Requirements
- Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Deliver amazing customer service to all customers and vendors.
- Manage service appointments and customer needs efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle service and repairs.
- Work collaboratively with technicians and other dealership staff.
