Requirements

  • 2+ years of automotive service advisor experience preferred
  • Dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Familiarity with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership software is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines
  • Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and updates clearly
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and quality repairs
  • Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate repair orders and service records
  • Help drive customer retention through outstanding service experiences
