Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to explain complex technical issues to customers in an understandable manner.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and components.
• Strong customer-centric approach, with a commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with service technicians, parts department, and other colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
• Proficient in using automotive service software and basic computer applications.

Nice To Haves

• ASE certification or similar technical credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
• Work closely with customers to accurately identify vehicle issues, providing detailed explanations and repair recommendations.
• Coordinate and schedule service appointments to ensure an efficient workflow in the service department.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure the timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle service history, and repair orders. Ensure all paperwork is complete, detailed, and compliant with dealership standards.
• Promote additional services and products tailored to customer needs to enhance their vehicle's performance, safety, and longevity.
