About The Position

Priority Infiniti is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join their expanding team. This role involves being the main point of contact for customers in the service drive, accurately assessing their concerns, and communicating with technicians. The Service Advisor will provide transparent estimates, timelines, and updates, aiming to build trust and long-term relationships with clients to ensure an exceptional service experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Strong track record of follow-through and attention to detail
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior automotive service advisor or dealership experience preferred
