Requirements

  • Automotive dealership experience is an asset, but not required.
  • A positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and learn about their vehicle needs and concerns.
  • Coordinate service appointments and communicate repair recommendations.
  • Prepare estimates for labour, parts, and services.
  • Create detailed repair orders for our technicians.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
  • Maintain accurate records and service documentation.
  • Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
