About The Position
Frannie & the Fox is seeking a Bar Back, the silent hero who ensures a memorable guest experience by maintaining the bar's readiness. This role involves efficiently stocking, cleaning, and organizing the bar, working seamlessly with bartenders, and anticipating needs to ensure a smooth operation. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and detailed demeanor, with prior experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Maintain readiness of critical bar items: ice, juice, syrups/mixers, spirits, glassware, and bar top cleanliness.
- Anticipate and stock items before they run out during the shift.
- Understand and troubleshoot bar equipment issues (e.g., low CO2, dishwasher cycling, changing beer keys).
- Maintain cleanliness of all bar areas, including the bar top, bar back, waste bins, and floors.
- Possess thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings, aligning with brand vision and quality standards.
