About The Position
Frannie & the Fox is clever, comfortable, and cool. Emeline's three meal a day experience that comes in the form of a 'foodie' but never pretentious. This individual’s expertise goes beyond understanding of the menu. It dives deeper into a passion for food, the local culture, and human connection. This person creates a welcoming, warm environment that leaves guests with not only a great meal, but a new and inspired outlook on their surroundings.
Requirements
- Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to carry food and drink trays
Responsibilities
- Record guests’ orders; have a keen eye for detail for allergens, special requests and noted information
- Through understanding and knowledge of food and beverage menu options; able to adeptly make recommendations to guests
- Understanding of Kitchen timing; ability to stay organized and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
