About The Position
Frannie & the Fox is clever, comfortable, and cool. Emeline's three meal a day experience that comes in the form of a 'foodie' but never pretentious. This individual is just starting in the restaurant world and seeks to go beyond an understanding of the menu. This person recognizes that a great experience allows guests to focus on enjoying their food and the ambiance so it is important to anticipate and fulfill guest needs before they ask. From swift delivery of food to refilling of drinks, this person creates a welcoming, warm environment that leaves guests with not only a great meal, but a new and inspired outlook on their surroundings.
Requirements
- Prior experience highly preferred
- A proactive and friendly demeanor
- Able to clear flatware and dishware, clean tables and replace linens
Responsibilities
- Set and prepare tables for dining, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, etc.
- Ensure tableware is in good condition and report any defects for repair
- Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
- Assist server with table service, including running food, serving beverages, etc.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, efficient and friendly manner
