About The Position

Jeff Wyler Kia of Colerain is seeking a driven, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join its team at a new, state-of-the-art dealership in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Service Advisor serves as a primary point of contact for customers, assists with their service needs, recommends repairs, and helps ensure their vehicles are safely returned to the road. Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor; dealership experience is preferred.
• A proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
• An organized and friendly personality.
• Exceptional communication skills with customers.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Desire for a long-term career with a growing organization.
• Personal and professional integrity.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
