Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
  • Organized and friendly personality with fantastic communication skills
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
  • At least 18 years of age
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Time management skills and the ability to work with little supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to manage others
  • A professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether over the phone or in person
  • Distributing work efficiently among technicians and ensuring the daily inventory of technician time is consistently sold
  • Answering technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
  • Maintaining customer happiness scores at or above company standards
  • Assisting in diagnosing vehicle problems, ordering parts, and overseeing warranty claims
  • Collaborating with upper management on hiring and disciplinary decisions for the service department
