About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, coordinating service requests, and delivering exceptional support to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and services. This role is office based.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer skills, using a web-based data system, and other software programs

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience
  • Listen to customer concerns and assist them in scheduling appointments for services
  • Communicate with customers about service recommendations, estimated costs, and timelines for completion
  • Ensure that all necessary repairs are accurately documented and performed in a timely manner
  • Upsell additional services and products to customers to enhance their vehicle's performance and longevity
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that arise
