About The Position
Join a fast-paced service team where you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience and driving service success. This is a full-time position with rotating Saturdays and benefits including an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401(k) with company support, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off. The role involves greeting customers, assessing vehicle concerns, recommending services, providing estimates and updates, and acting as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure a smooth and positive service experience. The salary range is $50K-$100K annually, based on performance and bonuses.

- Familiarity with CDK or Chrysler systems
