About The Position

Lilliston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has an immediate opening for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor. With income potential of $70,000+, and higher compensation available for qualified CDJR-experienced advisors, this role offers both stability and growth. We proudly serve a loyal customer base in Cumberland County, including many second- and third-generation customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred
• CDJR experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Valid Driver’s License (required)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately assess vehicle service needs
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition
• Prepare detailed and accurate repair orders and estimates
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely service completion
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Upsell additional services when appropriate
