About The Position
The Parts Counterman supports the parts operations of a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership. This role serves customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts by identifying and supplying parts accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment. The Parts Counterman locates, orders, receives, and stocks parts while providing knowledgeable, customer-focused service. Requirements
- Previous automotive dealership parts department experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of OEM parts catalogs and parts identification.
- Experience assisting service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts.
- Ability to efficiently locate, order, receive, and stock parts.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram parts experience is strongly preferred.
