Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Strong computer and customer management system skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and create a positive service experience from arrival to vehicle delivery
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
  • Recommend maintenance and service solutions based on vehicle needs
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
  • Provide updates on repair status, timelines, and costs
  • Build trust and establish long-term customer relationships
  • Help drive customer satisfaction and retention goals
