About The Position

The Hanania Automotive Group is seeking a customer-focused, results-driven Service Advisor to join their Infiniti Service Department. As the link between customers and service technicians, the Service Advisor will ensure every visit is seamless, transparent, and exceeds expectations. Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive Service Advisor experience.
  • Infiniti, Nissan, or luxury/import dealership experience.
  • Experience with dealership management systems and technology.
