About The Position

To support that momentum, we’re looking to add a Service Advisor to our Service Department. In this role, you’ll be a key link between our service technicians and our guests—guiding customers through the service and repair process, communicating clearly, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone with prior automotive service advising experience who is ready to build a long‑term career with a fast‑growing, respected dealership.

Requirements

1-3 years of automotive service advising experience
Dealership experience
A strong work ethic and good work history
Communication Skills
Must be 18 years or older & have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
Be able to pass a criminal background check
Be able to pass a pre-employment drug testing

Responsibilities

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast
Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
Ensure the customer has a positive dealership experience
