About The Position

Olympia Subaru is seeking an experienced Main Line Service Advisor to support their high-volume service department. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and customer service skills who wants to directly impact customer satisfaction and their earning potential. The Service Advisor will manage customer repair orders, recommend services, and ensure efficient communication between customers and technicians, focusing on complex repair work, diagnostics coordination, and customer relationships.

Requirements

• Prior accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting support experience preferred
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Experience with dealership systems (CDK or similar) is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Maintain an acceptable driving record
• Be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess service needs
• Write and manage repair orders from start to finish
• Recommend repairs and maintenance based on technician findings
• Communicate timelines, updates, and costs clearly
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs
• Handle escalations and customer concerns professionally
• Ensure all documentation and billing are accurate
