Requirements
- Previous customer service experience required (automotive a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Sales mindset with customer-first approach
- Desire to grow into a full Service Advisor role
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities
- Assist customers through routine maintenance services, focusing on speed, accuracy, and clear communication.
- Greet customers and assist with quick service needs.
- Write basic repair orders for maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections).
- Communicate service recommendations clearly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with express technicians to keep workflow moving.
- Provide status updates and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and repair orders.
- Deliver a positive, efficient customer experience.
