About The Position
Jerry Seiner Valencia Subaru is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-volume dealership service department in Valencia, California. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional with strong automotive knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor or Automotive Service Writer experience preferred
- Dealership experience preferred
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and service operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Computer proficiency and experience with dealership software is a plus
- Valid California driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional automotive customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately
- Recommend automotive maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
- Create and manage repair orders efficiently
- Coordinate with automotive technicians regarding diagnostics and repairs
- Communicate repair recommendations, pricing, and timelines clearly
- Schedule service appointments and maintain customer follow-up
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high CSI scores
- Help drive service sales and department productivity
