About The Position

The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service customers. As a Service Advisor you will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the customer as it relates to their vehicle: status, repairs and diagnostics. You need to be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. Coughlin Toyota of Heath is looking for an experienced Service Writer/Advisor for their location. They are one of Central Ohio's fastest-growing dealer groups, representing 13 brands across 17 locations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer service calls, set and confirm appointments
  • Write repair orders
  • Act as a liaison between the technician and customer
  • Assist your client through the service process.
  • Collaborate with various team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure
